Nurse Jumpsuit
This uniform is typically reserved for members who are in the Medical division. However, this is not a hard restriction.
Uniform Jumpsuit
Requirement(s):
- The Nurse Jumpsuit is a full body white jumpsuit
- The Nurse Jumpsuit should have full-length cuffed sleeves
- The Nurse Jumpsuit should have what is known as a “princess seam” (two angled seams running down the length of the body)
- The Nurse Jumpsuit should have a zipper running down the front
- A high necked collar up to two inches tall
Optional:
- The Nurse Jumpsuit should have a striped band of fabric running along the side, approximately 2.4 inches tall
- A printed, etched, or otherwise textured fabric with a medical symbol running along the shoulders and outer arms
- Zippered pockets

Uniform Undershirt
- A white layer of fabric that resembles a crew neck T-shirt.
- Season 2 of Strange New Worlds uses an alternate undershirt where the collar sits higher on the neck. This can be replicated by modifying the shirt, or by wearing the shirt backwards
Uniform Boots
Requirement(s):
- None
Optional:
- Light grey riding boots with a cuban heel

- These boots are identical to the ones used in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. There have been some reports that these boots fit tight in the calf and are narrow, though, so be cautious if you believe any of those might be an issue.

Optional:
- Heat Transfer Vinyl bands across both cuffs
- The bands should be metallic and in the same color as the division color
- The amount and size of the bands should match your rank within The Fleet:
- Cadet, Ensign, and Enlisted ranks: 0 band
- Lieutenant Junior Grade: 1 half-sized band
- Lieutenant: 1 full-sized band
- Lieutenant Commander: 1 full-sized band and 1 half-sized band
- Commander: 2 full-sized bands
- Captain: 2 full-sized bands and 1 half-sized band sandwiched between the full-sized band
- The full-sized bands should be 1/2 inch tall
- The half-sized bands should be 1/4 inch tall
Insignia
Requirement(s):
- A Starfleet delta
Optional:
- The sciences symbol should be embossed into the delta.
- The insignia should be gold-colored with a silver-colored border.
- Some vendors sell an insignia with a medical cross embossed. Although these badges are allowed, they are not screen accurate and not recommended. Wearing an insignia with a red cross is highly discouraged.
